Slotking Terms and Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Guide

1User Eligibility

Slotking services are available only to individuals who meet the following eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you confirm that you satisfy all these conditions at the time of registration and throughout the period your account remains active.

• At least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not included on any list of individuals prohibited from using the platform under applicable laws or regulations.
• Using the platform for personal entertainment purposes only, not on behalf of any third party.
• Not currently employed, contracted, or acting as a representative of slotking or any of our affiliated companies.

Slotking reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If there is reasonable suspicion that a user does not meet the eligibility requirements, slotking reserves the right to suspend the account until satisfactory verification is received.

2Registration & Account Management

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account at slotking. This is a non-negotiable rule designed to ensure fairness for all members on the platform.

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and truthful.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account username and password.
• All activity that occurs through your account is your responsibility, including cases where unauthorized access results from your own negligence.
• Transfer of an account to another individual is strictly prohibited.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately.

3Deposits & Withdrawals

Slotking supports a variety of payment methods popular among Malaysia users. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are subject to the following terms.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are as stated on the cashier page within your account.
• All withdrawal requests are processed upon successful completion of KYC verification by the respective member.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes for fully verified members.
• Slotking reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving any withdrawal.
• The withdrawal method used must match the deposit method used by the member.
• Bonus credits cannot be withdrawn directly — only funds that meet the rollover requirement are eligible for withdrawal.

4Bonuses & Promotions

Slotking offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific conditions stated in their respective promotional terms, in addition to the following general terms.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per promotion unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Rollover requirements must be met before any withdrawal from a bonus balance is permitted.
• Slotking reserves the right to void any bonus if there is reasonable suspicion of abuse or fraud.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly into cash.
• In the event of a conflict between general terms and specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall apply.
• Slotking reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

5Prohibited Conduct

To maintain a fair and safe environment for all members, certain types of conduct are strictly prohibited on the slotking platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination.

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any unauthorised tools to play or manage your account.
• Any form of fraud, manipulation, or exploitation of technical vulnerabilities in the gaming system.
• Money laundering or using illegally obtained funds to make deposits.
• Sharing your account with another individual or allowing third-party access to your account.
• Any attempt to hack, breach, or disrupt the security systems of the slotking platform.
• Using unauthorised payment information or payment details that do not belong to you.
• Spreading false information about slotking or our platform to others.

6Copyright & Intellectual Property

All content found on the slotking platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the intellectual property of slotking or our licensors and is protected by applicable copyright law.

You are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, republish, or exploit any content on our platform without prior written consent from slotking. Use of the slotking logo or brand for commercial purposes without authorisation is strictly prohibited.

7Account Suspension & Closure

Slotking reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member account under the following circumstances, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the situation.

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
• Failure to pass the KYC verification process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months with no transactions.
• Account closure requested by the member themselves for any reason.

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, slotking reserves the right to withhold any credit balance remaining in that account. Balances from original deposit funds (excluding bonuses) will be returned once the investigation is complete, provided no material violation is found.

8Limitation of Liability

Slotking shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or liability arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to financial losses from gaming activity, unexpected service interruptions, or technical failures beyond our control.

It is the member's sole responsibility to ensure that use of the slotking platform is lawful under the laws of their country or jurisdiction. slotking makes no guarantees or warranties regarding the legality of using the platform in any specific region.

9Responsible Gaming

Slotking is fully committed to responsible gaming practices. We provide a range of control tools to help members manage their gaming activity in a healthy and controlled manner.

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in your account settings.
• Wagering Limit: Set a wagering limit for each gaming session based on what you can afford.
